This is in good pre-owned condition. As you can see the package has been opened and I'm assuming it was probably used because the Hi Glo reflective tape was placed onto the back of it. The makeup is included but it is dried up and not useable, so is just be included as a collectors item. The box has some wear around the edges as well as some creases, etc but nothing major. Costume looks good!
