The product is a porcelain Christmas village house from Department 56's New England Village collection. The Van Guilder's Ornamental Ironworks building features an asymmetrical shape with an all-over pattern and multicolor paint. It is hand-painted with a 3D effect and comes in its original box from 1997, making it a retired piece from the late 20th century. PLEASE NOTE: The weathervanes have been lost. Not seeing/feeling any cracks chips or repairs. Box is not perfect. The styrofoam has been torn and taped back together and has wear from storage & use. Good used condition. Minor signs of wear from use. You will only receive the wire, light bulb NOT INCLUDED. See pictures for exact condition of the item you'll be receiving.
