Made in Korea, this is a rare Red Ware, brown glazed pottery pipe shaped ashtray.
It has never been used and has NO cracks, chips or damage of any kind. It was hand made and has normal imperfections such as small glaze pops. It measures 2” tall and the bowl part is 1-7/8” in diameter. From the tip of the handle straight down to the base, it is 2-1/2”. From the tip of the handle to the front is 3-1/4”. This is the only one I’ve ever seen this size and the only one that’s Korean Red Ware. I’ve seen many that are different styles and made in Japan.
Rare addition for any Tobacciana, red ware, earthenware collection or simply a unique piece to display.
