“The Chair” Remembering those we love who have passed on

Again, if you read my bio… unfortunately I lost many many pictures of my work. I do enjoy creating (in woodwork) the “Christmas Chair”. The feeling of bringing someone a sense of closeness to loved ones that have passed hits hard for me… it’s something I think everyone should have. I create pieces that are for year round as well and personalized to hobbies or anything pertaining to the personality of that very special person. This can be displayed always, or we can do the Christmas theme. You or I or both can create a personalized poem to go with.
My most recent was created on a wood slab with the bark still intact, a log cabin chair, some pine trees, a fire pit with logs, a fishing rod leaned on the chair. The poem displayed behind with a faded photo. We can add lighting. All up to you.
