Vtg. Cast Spelter Copper-Wash Horse Head Wall Plaque HVW sc A.M.A. Rare! Looking for vintage / antique equestrian decor? Look no further. This is a spelter, cast, copper-washed three-dimensional horse head plaque. They measure about 4 1/2" square. Incredible detail and stunning design. They sure don't make things like this anymore! The casting mark in the lower, right corner says, "HVW sc A.M.A." I've not been able to locate another like this! Closest was a bird, cast by the same company 100 years ago, I'm leaving it just as it was found. You can replace the felt, if you so choose. Has intact, original hanging rings on the back. If you're looking for a special gift for the horse lover in your life - here you go!
