Used but in great working condition. The surfaces of the dispenser do show some signs of wear and use here and there. Some places have discoloration, some spots have very light corrosion. The tape cutting teeth are in good shape. One of the foot pads on the bottom is missing however the dispenser sits very stable on a flat surface and doesn't seem to rock. There is some dust inside the cavity of the dispenser. Please see pics for further condition details. Dimensions are approximately 9"x3.5"x4". This weighs 7 lbs 3.1 oz on my scale.
