Volume 17 in the Documents of Modern Art series. Incredibly rare book showcasing the art, notes, sketches, idea formulation and biographical data of the acclaimed artist. With dozens of tipped-in illustrations in both color and black and white.
Jacket now protected in new (removable) archival sleeve but with rubbing/scuffing to faces and shelf wear around the edges. Blemishes to boards and with corners bumped/frayed. Tape to front joint with some tearing elsewhere along spine edges. Binding is weakening with several instances of split binding. Staining to many pages and some liquid damage causing waviness to many as well. See photos for condition. Packaged with care and shipped via USPS Media Mail
