CONDITION: Book was never used at all but the way it was sitting for a while, it caught on with defects where it contains bottom edge stains up to page 8 as well as exteriorly of pages, 1-3 slight staining on some parts of covers (front and back), old dried debris inside ring binder area. Very light grey staining on inside folders. But all else including the rest of the inside of pages are clear of any other defects which includes no writing of pages!
