Depression Era Clear Glass Creamer made of clear, thick glass, often referred to as "crystal" or "depression glass" depending on the era. 
Given the style, it likely dates back to the Depression era (1930s-1940s) or earlier Victorian eras, when creamers were commonly larger than modern ones. 
Creamers are used to serve cream or milk, often alongside a sugar bowl, for coffee or tea.
Approximate measurements:
4.75" across the top from spout to handle x 3” high and weighs approximately 8 ounces. No Hallmarks. It has a starburst pattern on the bottom of the glass. There are no chips or cracks; however, it has been well used and has a lot of scratches (which can attest to its durability).
