Clear glass with raised double-headed eagle and crest on the front and back with an "S" shield and crown motif

Base markings include "Federal Law Forbids Sale Or Re-Use Of This Bottle" and "4 58 R-105 2"
Embossed with I in a triangle and TC mark for the Imperial Glass Company, made in USA
