This looks pretty campy, not very functional, but we are selling as a collectible for display, rather than a toy for use.
This is very nice and are new old stock (NOS) from the late1960s or early 1970s from a store that closed decades ago.
These type were found in dime stores or your local 5 & 10.
These were made in Hong Kong.
