Good clean unmarked deck.  Just played a fine game of solitaire to check the cards.  All 52 were there.  Not sure if jokers came with originally even though I've sold these "Cities" Delta Cards before, I cannot recall - but the 52 you need are all here and not much room for leisure in the box for jokers; feels pretty snug but there you have it.  I like to be thorough.
These are fine for a game of whatever. They've been used but are in good clean condition.  Box edge does have some wear but completely usable, NOT coming apart and NOT about to fall apart.  Good deck. No writing stains or marks. Clean corners and edges.
