This is a vintage hand embroidered framed wall hanging from the 1950s.It measures 18"×11".The embroidery was made from a pattern produced in the 50s and embroidered on either linen or muslin.It is framed in a goldtoned wooden frame with a glass front.The back is a Brachs candy cardboard ad. The piece has not been taken apart; the embroidery piece has not been cleaned.There is a stain seen at the top of the piece near the frame edge(see photo).There are 3 nails holding the backing on.Metal wire is attached for hanging.The piece could use some love and attention..I leave that to the buyer.It needs some refurbishing( cleaning reassembling to the frame.Sold as is as photographed and described.
