Set of 4 matching antique tobacco textile rugs, c.1905-1915, marked Factory No. 648factor, 1st Dist. N.Y. on reverse. These woven cotton cigarette silks were promotional premiums and mimic miniature Oriental rugs. Each piece features vivid golden yellow, orange, and fuchsia patterns with central diamond medallions and metallic fringetwo in silver, two with a hint of blue. One has dark staining on the back and signs of age throughout. Each measures approx. 4.25 x 2.5. Lightweight and decorative, ideal for dollhouses, framing, or textile collecting.
