Condition: The newspaper is in Average condition with edge fraying and the pages are looseleaf. This newspaper is incredibly fragile as well, given the type of paper they had to use to produce pictures on the paper (mostly woodpulp).

Description: The Irish Civil War was fought between the Provisional Government, which supported the Anglo-Irish Treaty, and the anti-Treaty IRA. The war was a result of the treaty being divisive, requiring members of the new Irish parliament to pledge allegiance to the British monarch.
The war in Dublin was a guerrilla conflict that included: Execution, Outrage, Revenge, Control of the streets by civilians and guerrilla fighters, and Alternating patterns of IRA violence and National Army counter-insurgency..
