Beautiful antique porcelain fairing trinket box decorated with applied dimensional flowers and a fruit finial on lid. Many flowers have gold decoration (some has worn off), and the box has a great oval egg shape, perfect for Easter! There are quite a few chipped flowers -- 8 on lid, plus the leaves flanking fruit are chipped, and 7 on base, but no flowers look entirely gone. Box measures 3" high x 4" x 2 1/2" across the top of the lid. It's marked only with a handwritten number 652 on bottom and 1x inside the bottom as shown -- probably German.
