Beautiful vintage Art Deco Cara Nome compact from Langlois. Great classic Art Deco striped styling with flower basket on the front and engine turned design on the bottom. Inside is a mirror, powder puff, powder screen and even some power remaining. Mirror shows some scratching and a small blemish on center right side and the thin puff has what looks like blusher stains and overall light soil. Most powder is gone. I understand this was patented in 1924 but it's not marked. Good condition but does have noticeable wear to the silver plating on the underside as shown. 2 1/4" in diameter.
