This listing is a great retro style Christmas themed half apron by Kay Dee. The linen tea towel features Santa in a sleigh packed full of gifts, traveling through a quaint landscape. The design is stylized and “pixilated” mimicking the aesthetics of cross-stitching. The cheerful color palette consisting of two-tone red, lime and lettuce green, black and gold on white background is very festive.
The linen towel measures approximately 16 x 28”. The cotton waist band measures about 58" in length. I would date this piece to the 1970s or so. It is in good, but not pristine condition. Structurally there are no issues, but there is slight discoloration in several spots. Please note that I have not washed this piece. With professional cleaning you may be able to restore it to its former glory. :)
