Delighted to be offering this true vintage 1940-50’s 100% cotton red & white floral woven bedspread/blanket, measures 72” x 92”.
This is in true vintage used condition with some wear and damage, the red side appears very nice, but on the white side, you can see there are two areas where the threads have come loose, I have shown both against the light (I gave each area a good tug and it is still strong no dry rot), and there is light brown storage soiling that can be seen on the white side, I found one tiny hole. While this is not perfect, it is very unique, I have been selling vintage fabrics for 25 years. I’ve never seen one like this before, while needing a little elbow grease, this could be a stunning bedspread or craft fabric.
This comes from my smoke and pet free home.
