This is a fairly hard-to-find piece, especially in its good condition for as old as it is. Solid metal Box that is believed to be 1940s but maybe older. The story told is that it was brought home after being retired from a Theater in the 70s or that the old Theater was beingtore down. . No reels are being sold with it. Sold as seen. Very cool box with the original interior in nice shape and still intact. The labels on the exterior are rough and mostly gone, but you can zoom in on pics and still read some of what's left, such as a warning label marked "Twentieth Century Fox." An old friend that looked at this some time back said it was likely Military used prior to Theater life. It shows good age. Fully functioning and intact. 10.75" tall and wide, 9.75" measured from front to back. Has good weight to it. Quality. Could be a great decor piece or whatever you may envision.
