This piece is signed on the back by Cindy Stanley (last name a bit unclear) in the year 1996
Made from flat galvanized metal, cut out & hand painted on the front with a lovely angel, eyes closed & hands folded in prayer
She has golden wings, wears a red & blue robe, & for a touch of whimsy, wears a wreath of flowers in her hair
Homemade hardware for hanging is on the back, a simple wooden block & piece of wire
The angel measures approx. 16" tall, 14" wide & is 0.75" deep, it's lightweight for its size.
Would make a beautiful addition to any home, use anywhere in need of a bit of angelic grace.
Pre-owned, being rustic, the piece is intended to be distressed. However, no unintended flaws are noted. The edges are not all smoothly cut, and though not terribly sharp, aren't for children.
