This was probably originally part of a special occasion or formal dress. It is a pull over with a zipper in the back. The blouse has shoulder pads. They have a strap inside that snaps, again probably to hold the straps for the under dress in place. Dress it up with a skirt or pants or wear it out with jeans. The beads look to be in great condition but it is vintage and there may be a few missing.
