Due to terrible software design, Pioneer's NEX-series receivers like to munch SD cards.
This results in errors like the "Software Error" screen seen above, glitched video and reboot loops when you try to use the receiver.
Sometimes, NOT ALWAYS!!, replacing the internal SD card helps. Sometimes there are other problems, and replacing the card will not help.
This card is sold AS-IS, with no guarantee that it will fix your problem, in case you want to have a go at it, instead of paying for expensive factory repairs (if you can even get them done anymore.)
This does NOT go in the front, accessible SD card slot!
Requires skilled installation, you need to disassemble your receiver, removing the CD drive and loosening the front panel to gain access to the hidden SD slot under the mainboard, remove the bad card and install the replacement. Cards are locked with the manufacturer security key, and cannot be read with a computer.
