Includes front cap only, no rear cap. S/N 1059258, Made in Japan. Net weight 1lb 1oz.
Clean lens housing and clear lens elements without visible scratch both front/rear. There were 2 dents on the front rim that caused cracks but have been super-glued firmly(see picture #4, #5, #6). Very light dust entered due to the cracks but will not affect image quality. Tested on Sigma SD15, auto focus functions properly.
