the camera turns on and comes with a battery.
the camera was recording and playing back tapes when I stopped using it. I did not use the camera for a few months and now shows an error C:31:23 when you put a tape. I inserted and removed a tape a few times and it worked again but the next day it showed the same error. this is a common error on old sony cameras
selling as is for this reason.
You can also use a capture card device and bypass the tape all toghether.
No other accessories included.
