Very good overall condition.
Leather adjustable straps with thick stitching and silver colored hardware with
some minimal signs of tarnish.
One leather strap is longer than the other. Reason unknown.
Feature Rowel (Rotating spiky 8-point wheel)
1 3/8th" rowel.
2.5" spread on the yoke.
1 1/2" shank
Marked with Anchor trademark on top side of the shank.
These were passed down to me, but I do not ride anymore.
They would make a nice gift or as a display for a collector of Western memorabilia.
North & Judd was headquartered in New Britain. Connecticut in the 1800's.
Buffalo Bill Cody was an admirer of their spurs.
The Anchor brand dates back to 1878.
