Selling all York sides, 50, 60, 70 glob blob sides! 1/2 of one dumbbell, these 3 sides included!
Approx. weight of each is 23-24 lbs for the 50 side, 29 lbs for the 60 side, 34-35lbs for the 70 side.
Blobs are very challenging for grip work.
These globs made from globe dumbbells are even harder!!
I can only manage the 60 side so far. What can you do??!
