It is immaculate NEW/ NWOT, been in a tub for a couple decades. Please see pics too and zoom in to see for yourself.

UV Sterilized it (as I do when the size of any gear, on any listing of mine allows)
I have treated the leather with neatsfoot oil. The leather is brand new, soft snd not even close to cracking and shows no signs of use.
