This is a vintage used piece of beautiful artwork. It is a painting on black velvet of a forest and waterfall landscape. The frame is hand carved wood. The back is stamped "Mexico". The whole piece, including the frame, measures approximately 22.5" across and 13.25" tall.
This piece is in good used vintage condition with some flaws. There is some slight cracking in the paint near the top and some light brown staining across the top of the painting as well. The back of the frame has paint marks, from the original designer/painter. The back of the velvet also has some areas of stain marks. (Please see photos for details of condition)
The frame was hand-made and is held together with nails and metal staples.
