Joseph Sheppard Original Watercolor Ink Baltimore Maryland History Art Signed

This exceptional framed pair of original works by celebrated Baltimore artist Joseph Sheppard beautifully captures moments from Maryland’s cultural past. Sheppard, known for his mastery of realism and historical scenes, has works in major collections including the Smithsonian American Art Museum.
