1930 Hamilton 992 Pocket Watch Gold Filled Case Railroad Approved

I really am not a watch person, but I have done quite a bit of reading up on pocket watches lately. I’m sure you watch people will know what you’re looking at, better than I can describe it. 992, 21 Jewels, Double Roller, 5 positions, lever lock to set the time which I think is what makes it railroad grade/approved. The case says 10K Gold Filled, Keystone 65462 Railroad model. I have not seen many of these, but this appears to be in great condition. No dents or major scratches, very light surface scratches. The Crystal face is in great condition. There’s no chips there’s no cracking… the gold is nice and bright. It does not look faded. I believe the serial number is this number 2553636. It does come with the gold filled 13” chain attached. I don’t know how tight it’s supposed to feel when you wind it, I gave it a little twist and it ran for about three hours and kept the correct time… but I’m afraid to overwind it. I don’t know if you wind it till you can’t anymore or how to do that.
