This beautiful Vintage Saks Fifth Ave Trench Coat has a “Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America” tag that reads 1949.
The size tag reads 40 reg.
It it not specified the material of the outer shell or inside of the coat, however I’m fairly certain the outer shell has to be wool, camel or a blend. And the inside is likely silk.
There are 2 minuscule holes on this coat that I have noticed. One on the right arm and one on the backside.
There is a patched tear on the inside seam, all shown in pictures.
Sleeves are 25” long
Coat is 41.5” long
Pit to pit is about 22.5”
Shoulder to shoulder is about 18.5”
