I made a cosmic looking base and encased it in thick pure copper. I set a Mexican Centera Opal (also known as Galaxy Opal), on it with 3 Swarovski crystals. I’ve polished and sealed it twice with professional jewelry sealer. Very lightweight. Pendant itself without the 2 jump rings is about 1 1/2”.
