Vintage Handmade Patchwork Quilt 75 x 60 Pink Blue 1930s Feedsack Print Bedding
Condition: Good vintage condition with gentle, expected wear for age. Two very small stains on pink sections shown in photos. Some areas of the light pink backing show darker color patchesthese are not stains but the print fabric from the front showing through (see detail pics and notes).
his beautiful quilt features classic 1930s Feedsack prints in a striking pinwheel/star patchwork pattern with blue, pink, white, and multi-color fabrics. Each square is carefully hand-pieced and hand-quilted with lovely geometric stitching. The backing is a soft pale pink solid, and the binding is hand-finished.
Approximate size: 75 inches x 65 inches (shown measured in photos, fits a twin bed or works as a throw).
Signed/inscribed on a label: "I will look after [scribble] laundering Eleanor 2/7 404" (see photo).
Great as a functional bedspread, sofa throw, or vintage display piece. Color.
