This is a ROYAL WORCESTER porcelain children’s piggy bank in the shape of NOAH’S ARK. It was designed by artist PENNY IVES in 1983, making it a vintage item. Made in England. In good pre-owned condition and still has its original plastic stopper. There is a visible flaw on the bottom by the makers stamp. Not a crack, but a flaw in the paint or glaze? Last pic shows what is visible on the top side. Great for a nursery.
