This is what is known as a "So-called dollar" due to its size similarity to a US Silver Dollar.
Since the Bicentennial of South Carolina was in 1988, I would presume this piece was minted between 1986-1990.
It is Uncirculated cause there was nowhere to spend it. :-)
This is a great piece for fans of the Palmetto State.
I'll start it at $10, and since you already know that Mercari prices slowly come down, you can wait, or you can make an offer. I always contemplate offers.
I have hundreds of tokens, and a keyword search for TKxyz1 will show you only my tokens. There is no clutter from the poor Merc algorithm. :-)
