Mami Tomoe Dress + Boots. I bought this secondhand from a cosplay shop in Japan, so god only knows the brand. Tag says M, but it really fits like a small—I wore this when I was probably around 5"3 and 150lbs, and it was REALLY tight. I'd recommend it for someone well under that and a US S/M.
Includes new size 7.5 boots that were worn to try on, but never outside. Because this is on the older side, please be aware that there is a bit fabric wear on the inside and discoloration on the back—while I couldn't get a good picture of the inner, I tried to get the discoloration on the back on camera. The price reflects the condition of the dress and boots, but offers are welcome!
