Two volumes of 6 volume series for education in school or home. Volume 1 Rhymes and Jingles with 100 numbered pages. Volume 2 Fables and Nursery Tales with 142 pages. Inscription in both inside cover " Emily S Meader Nov 1897" but there does not appear to be any other writing. These are read books and there appears to be tears at the edges of the pages from those associated with turning of the pages. There is wear and scuffs to the hardcover including at corners and edges. The pages have age discoloration browning foxing and spots. Pictures include covers, credit copyright page, sample table of contents, measurements and examples of conditions.
