I am selling this stunning set of 6 sterling silver salt cellars, from the early 20th century. Hand hammered using repousse technique, they were originally used as individual salt holders in a formal table setting. They could now be used as serving dishes or nuts, candies, or other small items. They are stamped STERLING 386 on the bottom and have detailed floral designs around the rim.
They have been recently polished, though they retain some patina in places around the floral designs. In very good antique condition with only light surface scratches and no dings or dents. One dish has some small minor gray spots that are cosmetic only. See photos for details of condition, sold as is.
