Absolutely gorgeous EGL dress by NeoLudwig, part of Fanplusfriend. It is sold out on their websitez. In excellent condition. DOES NOT COME WITH A PETTICOAT! It comes with a sheer piece of fabric, for draping multiple different ways. It is tagged size Lady80, which equals a Japanese XL. Please refer to measurements before purchasing as Japanese sizing runs smaller than US sizing. I have included the official measurements from their website for the dress. It has partial shirring on the back so has some stretch.
