Just prior to listing, I replaced the cassette drive belt and cleaned the head and tape rollers. Works and sounds great with a single AA battery. Some scratches as seen in the pictures due to it being used and 20 years old, but the tape door opens and closes properly and the battery cover latches securely. All buttons and the volume dial work as expected.
No earbuds/headphones included, and no other accessories - just the unit shown in the pictures.
