"The Art of the Organ Builder" - handsome three volume facsimile reprint edited by Christhard Mahrenholz from the 18th century editions: Book I - 1766; Book II & III - 1770; and Book IV - 1778. Part of the Documenta Musicologica series. Text is in French, each volume has a large section in the rear with wonderful black and white engravings, many are fold-out and large in size. Very clean set; all pages are crisp and clean, covers neat, bindings tights. All three spine show some spotting and fading. Lower spine on Volume Four slightly bumped. Each volume 8.5 x 11 inches. Volume One published 1963, Volume Two/Three published 1965, Volume Four from 1966.
