These pair of candleholders was purchased by my mother-in-law in the 1960s. They are in excellent condition, and one still has the original Reijmyre sticker. The circular form ribbed detailing is characteristic of Scandinavian modern design. Each candleholder weighs 8 1/2 ounces and measures approximately 2 1/2 inches across and 1 1/2 inches high.
Reijmyre Glasbruk is one of Sweden's oldest glassworks, founded in 1810 in Rejmyre, Sweden. The company has a long tradition of producing high-quality art glass and household glassware, known for its craftsmanship and innovative designs.
