"COMPULSORY EDUCATION" Features a Victorian girl teaching her dog to read . Rich brown colored frame measures 29.5" H X 23.25" W. This Textured print poster measures 23.25" by 17.25" Print is on a textured paper type material. Both frame and poster show some wear due to age and being in a store front window (SEE PHOTOS).
