This made in England, vintage “Julia” Royal Winton Grimades Chintz sugar and creamer set, appeared in 1939 and continued well into the 1950's. Overall this rare pattern is the favorite for chintz collectors around the world. The shapes of these porcelain pieces are unique and exquisite. The open sugar bowl is approximately 3” x 3” square with scalloped edges and stands about 2 1/2” tall. The creamer holds 4 ounces and is about 5” from spout to handle and stands about 2 1/2" tall. This sweet little set is great for serving tea or coffee and would add charm to any table setting! The condition is wonderful, with no scratches, cracks, or crazing.
