1890s to 1920s Antique “Little Helper” Hand Truck Dolly

Guilded Age wonder - as rustic as it gets, yet this highly experienced writer finds this to be one of the best balanced hand truck dollies he's ever used as it easily slides 150lb loads anywhere in the room with minimal effort.
This item features no markings or stamps.
Wheels are (and always were) solid iron. They are the only moving parts on this item.
Two materials: American Oak and iron.
Item history - family heirloom item - Belonged to my father's uncle who lived as a farmer from 1879-1964 near Penn Yan, NY. It was purchased (used) by him around 1924 and functioned as a working tool there at the farm until 1964, when the farm was sold after his death. There is no indication as to where or how he acquired the item. It has been indoors, in a garage since 1964. There has been no attempt nor need to restore wood or iron - item is functional as-is in it's untouched state.
I have seen a couple of these (similar wood and iron design) on the Internet for sale featuring varying skid lengths
